I have noticed many times that memes are featured around the same time other ones are featured with the same theme/topic. So your meme may not have been featured yet because whoever is in charge of that is waiting for another meme with the same theme

Oh, it's floating around in the pages now. I am also sure I am the only one with "this" topic. LOL! But I believe you are right about that topic thing. I feel like there are so many people posting the same topic and using all of their submissions for that same topic that we could have a clog, or just general community disinterest at this point.
