My point is that while sure burning things you have already bought doesn't take that money back out of the corporation's accounts.. not buying their products in the future DOES affect their bottom line. Drastically.

NP, my sarcasm probably didn't make it clear. But yeah, I am fairly certain the shoe burning is supposed to be symbolic, it isn't how people are actually punishing Nike. That will come the next time they want to go buy a pair of shoes.
