There's nothing wrong with the meme's statement. It's pretty clear you think it's saying something that it's not actually saying.

Note: No one gets AIDS just from having a certain sexual orientation (whether straight or gay or anything else). Unless someone injects you with the virus on purpose, then if you don't engage in behaviors that can lead to being infected, you won't get infected.

Then it's rather ridiculous. It could have just as easily said "No one ever got aids just from being a clown." and made the same amount of sense.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.

He died of AIDS back in 2013 after being a womanizer for so long

The meme doesn't say: "No one who was straight ever got AIDS."

It says: "No one ever got AIDS just because they were straight."

It's not the same thing.
