I wouldn't be so sure. Clearly you don't live in New York. Joe Crowley, the incumbent, is still on the general election ballot on the Working Families party line.

What I meant was in a district this blue, the Republican won’t win. But a third party candidate might. I didn’t know.

It's called a primary election though.
