How could you tell a DV without a counter?

I've made mistakes, like accidentally downvoting and I'm sure others have. There may be times when someone misunderstands a meme and may change their vote (one way or another). I've honestly never paid that much attention and I don't know how long it takes for votes to register.

Smartass. When you read all the comments on a Raydog meme and decide to upvote all of them, I usually screwup a couple of them. If I had a nickel for every "you can't upvote your own meme silly" I'd have a lot of nickels lol.

You're right, there is usually a delay from when you click to when it registers. I think they batch up some of the processing for slow times or there's just too much activity to catch it in real time. Another imgflip mystery. :-)
