You do know Norway believes that inmates need to be ready for they day they are released and rejoin society right? Their reincarnation rates are very low because of it.

Also private colleges have limited room to house students while making a small fortune off of them being there. Hardly incentive to provide better housing as that cuts into profits.

Natural resources: America comes in at the 2nd spot for having the world's most treasured natural resources, such as natural gas, gold, copper and oil.
