You have no vested interest in who the US allows in their country or not and there is no way you can change it. It'd be like your neighbor saying who you can and can't allow over for dinner.
MS-13 and Mara 18 are just as violent each other. So whether the photo is of MS-13 or Mara 18, it is still comparing apples to apples that are coming from El Salvador.
