It's called a meme. Anyway, I can't help you. There's been times I've thought I'd get a lot of upvotes because I got featured on the weekend during the day and get nothing. Then I get one at 3 in the morning and it gets lots. My suggestion is to use alot of tags that apply so more will see it.
