I remember being in a car with an AC setting of "Desert Only". It might have been an AMC Pacer but I forget, it was long ago.
With a name like "Desert Only", they're practically *forcing* the curious minded passenger to select it. Just for fun, I decided to check it out.
I can tell you this thing was waaay too cold, immediately. Insanely cold. Not sure if there's a desert on Earth where that would be appropriate either. It was THAT cold. :-)
