Kirby was in the top 1000 for boys for all but 6 of the years between 1881-1996. It was top 1000 for girls from 1983-1986. Remember, just because it ends with a -y doesn't mean it's a girl's name ;)

In standard, ' is foot and " is inches. So when someone writes 5'4" or says five four, they are saying 5 feet 4 inches.
