This meme seems to come from a worldview where it assumes services shall be provided, but it doesn't say how provision will be made for those services to happen. It doesn't take into account sufficiently (I believe) those who will have to do the providing. Providing services to others always comes at a cost (to those doing the providing). If you tell them they have to provide for others, what do they get in exchange? Why should they be the ones to bear the moral burden of meeting other people's needs?
