We can't forcibly sterilize even the worse cases for procreation.
Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger wanted to practice forced sterilization on "imbeciles" and "those unworthy to reproduce, so as to keep the gene pool clean." (The mentally handicapped and blacks.)

We need deterrents to keep people from murdering the preborn, like charging the parties involved with murder. The potential murderers rights/liberties are left intake (not forcing sterilization on them) and the liberties of the preborn are protected.

Unprotected promiscuous sex is probably the biggest cause of unwanted pregnancies, with rape a close second. IMV

R*pe, incest, and ectopic pregnancies (outside of the uterus, putting the mother's life in jeopardy) combined are less than 10% of the causes of abortions at any stage. But the feminists and pro-death groups tout them like they are the main causes. The main cause is premarital, unprotected, promiscuous sex.
