Agreed. I support a small business owners' right to refuse service to anyone, but for the owner and staff to recruit a crowd to chase her people down outside and harass them, that is definitely very wrong.

OK, I hope you don't mind me asking - I admit I do it a lot to you. But I usually stop at bad headlines, so I missed the phone message.

It's almost like I live under a rock - I just can't stand to read all the details. The headlines are bad enough! ;-)

Well, it was pretty ugly. A friend dialed them up and recorded the message he got. Suffice to say, not something most rational human beings would say over a phone, and especially not to someone calling for a reservation.
