I've noticed you rarely just come after the single opinion without dragging something else into it like Christianity. Is that in the playbook? Make the other side defend on more than one front? Strictly troll move so you can drag more people into the fight by saying you can't be Christian if______. Debate what's there, not what you wish was there also, or do you feel your argument may not hold up?

The world holds more religions than Christianity, Islam and Judaism. Many of us of other faiths also happen to be children of legal immigrants and we have our legitimate complaints about criminals who abuse the ideas of sanctuary and asylum, and especially those that use their children as pawns. If this upsets your sensitivities, this is unfortunate for you. But for you to automatically react to this meme with name-calling and false assumptions reflects true dick troll behavior than any meme.

So now it's important? The question though is do I approve of separating parents and children. To that the answer is no without good reason and due process. Does what is going on at the border bother me? The answer is yes.

Having lived in AZ for 20 years I have seen what uncontrolled migration does to a state NOT as wealthy in resources as CA. I've also been screaming at BOTH sides to stop using the issue as a political ping pong ball. I also have family (by marriage) who have direct relatives that are unable to legally migrate here in the next 10 years because they are following the rules and laws. My issue with the left is they have appeared unwilling to budge on stopping the flow. For the first time in a long time we have an economy that can support the ones who are here already. I do believe a pathway to citizenship should be granted to those who have been here, stayed out of trouble and been productive in society as the vast majority have been. I don't believe that breaking your new countries laws or lying your way in is the way to start a new life in this country, however under the circumstances I think some forgiveness there may be in order. Mainly because in our stupidity in letting it persist and because I've been in the back country in Mexico and seen what crime and corruption have done there.
My relatives are from El Salvador and can go on for hours about the horrors that exist there. As willing as I am to see those desperate to escape those conditions migrate, I am equally resolved to not see those conditions imported here.

No, it's probably me that you wanted to be curt with. You have had a long history of it even when on rare occasion we have been on some common ground, which is why I pretty much gave up on you. I'm not sure why I took the time tonight to try again. I do however accept the apologies for tonight, if they are still extended after my reply.
