The booming music from the event woke me up this morning. It finally shut down around 11:30am.

That’s a shame, I work second shift and wouldn’t like all that hoopla outside of my window!

I know the feel. I was supposed to spend the day digging up my septic system to see why I have sewer water coming out of the ground. But I've felt awful and had zero energy and didn't feel like dealing with 95 degree heat. I get so darn exhausted during the week that I never seen to get enough chores done on the weekend, and don't even find time and energy for fishing lately. :(

There were more people earlier, and there was some type of marathon going on too, so the people left were the families of those running from what I could tell. The music woke me up this morning along with the tons of people laughing and yelling. I did not see the humor in it then. lol

I took the picture from my window, so it really is just behind my building. And I was definitely too lazy to go down there and visit the booths. They already pissed me off with their obnoxious loudness. lol

I live in a town, but a small town of like 300 people. I don't miss my apartments, I was made more for country :)

I once lived over a bar and then across from 2, sleeping was never an option from Thursday to Saturday with the bands, fights and in general drunks lol

That's really beautiful behind your house. If it were me, I'd be sitting out there reading a book. :-) I'm hoping to get a house with a view within the next couple of years. I'm so excited for it.
