This used to be the ASCII art we got from Dot Matrix printers

Technically they were capable of and created a version of it even in the early to mid 70s :-O

I just remember the really early 1980's doing this. I lived in the Midwest at the time. I am sure the late 70's had this tech on the coasts. Thanks for update.
