Thanks! I was living with a big, fat, jack ass at the time. We were broken up but forced to remain under the same roof since neither of us had money to move. I had no money because he was a lazy free loader who thought it was cruel and unusual punishment to pay his half of the bills and rent. He was broke because he spent his money on doing fun things with his friends. He should get a medal for making it out of there with me choking him out.

I looked that up. It is apparently being tested out in my state through AT&T. I may rather never have internet again than ever go back to using their home service. Also in my area we don't have any other providers aside from WindStream at the time. I am hoping we get some other competition in here sometime this century!

The companies divided up the US so that there is only one realistic ISP in certain areas, it’s rather monopolistic and should be against the law but the ISPs lobby.

Down voted? How can we tell if we are being down voted? I have had suspicions but nothing I can confirm. Do tell!

I can tell by the occasional meme being knocked back to submitted, and most of my memes getting about three upvotes, then suddenly just stopping and never getting any more. Usually my memes that don't do so well will still pick up a few upvotes and views over several days. But once the downvote ferries hit they just freeze. If they aren't going after me I can count on almost all my memes getting maybe 10-20 upvotes, with a few doing much higher. But right now most are averaging about 3 upvotes. My comments get hit a lot too. It's frustrating. I wish they'd take downvoting off the site
