By that reasoning, you can attach criminal intent ergo, attempted murder to anyone buying a gun. One of the first Obama laws trump repealed was making it harder for mentally unstable people from buying a gun, tighter gun regs, its not rocket f**kin science.

at the end of the day, being caught planning to kill people still makes someone a criminal. criminal mind, criminal act. One of the first things people with personality disorders try to do is plead insanity. Unless you can prove that someone is completely out of their mind and not consciously making a decision, then they're guilty if they commit a crime. Most of these kids didn't go to a gun shop and buy a gun, laws mean jack shit.

None of these guys have been caught before the act, so I really don't know what you're saying, Nikolas Cruz bought all his guns, the latest stole his dads, etc, etc. Quote I saw, " I don't know why these shootings keep happening, we've tried literally nothing".
I live in Canada, so what the f**k do I know, we don't have these problems, not entirely sure why, wierd. Not saying we're perfect or infalable, but we do have strict laws, makes it harder to acquire theze guns, you can walk into a gunshop and buy and walk out with an AR15 n bullets in one day, with no background checks, but hey denial is not just a river in Egypt.
