First I ever heard of gluten was as a fake meat substitute in the school cafeteria when I went back in the 90s. The suddenly this decade everyone is allergic.

There's this 'healthy' sugar (Carbannarosomething, I forget) that's actually just half purified from brown to white cane suger they sell like it's an alterantive

In sure in moderation all sugar is healthy :)
