Sid was the only one to profit from the Wall tour. Everyone else lost money by being on the tour.

Got to see the Wall in London - my buddy and I just happened to be in town. Scalped two tickets. Argued all the way in about where the seat were. Realized we had two singles. Had to open the saran-wrapped nine pack of pint cups of beer we had just bought to split them up. Realized we now could not carry them, so had to chug two each. Was an awesome show . . .

I couldn't get scalped tickets. Had to listen from outside!

You must know the story...

Saw Roger Waters in 2006 in Montreal - doing the entire Dark Side and a few from other albums including The Wall. Sound was incredible!

I saw him a few years earlier doing solo material. Very good show, but foggy memories because people were passing around doobies to everyone and it was all top notch sh!t. Although blurry, they are still fond memories.

Eventually security guards asked people to kindly stop smoking, but by then, the entire place was Comfortably Numb.

A while back I used to play guitar in an all Pink Floyd band. We only played Pink Floyd and Rush.

I always hoped they would get back together again - but now it's impossible.

We've still got the music though. We should take it and Run Like Hell.
