If you are getting a comment timer if someone else upvotes your memes and comments, the comment timer goes away.

I think it's more you have very little to upvote.
But try this ask the person your speaking with to upvote your memes and comments, and see if it goes away.
But it only seems to come up a couple of times now and not for the excessive time periods it did before.
