I've think I've noticed just before a site upgrade hits, there seems to be users mentioning that their custom memes don't all get through. Could be that.
I remember what acuity12 said to you about stitching inside the meme generator and that you did that here (and also how the "EXTRA IMAGES ADDED" counter showed up shortly after that reply to you).
One other suggestion would be to find a way to always add captions, I get the impression not having them still hurts your chances of having a submission feature.
