cut your driver some slack. with upfront pricing, you pay the same price no matter what route they drive. your driver can't save you money no matter what he does; he can save you time by ignoring Uber navigation and taking the longer route in Waze or GMaps.

If you want a cheaper ride, change your destination 3 times after the trip starts. Your pricing will revert to true per/mile & time.
