Seriously tho, it's an entirely different culture from civil society, so much of what passes as normal in the military is entirely uncouth and unacceptable in the real world.

See and I have heard that before too, but at the same time the "civil" society that doesn't want to hear those stories or anything like that will shoot each other up, light couches on fire, post stupid things about anything and treat each other like s!@%. Most of what civil society does anymore seems uncouth and unacceptable to me but that good old majority rules principle means it's okay and we will have our safe spaces and overpaid shrinks help us with the fallout. This country probably needs a modern jack the ripper that finds and disposes of the societal trash and scum that do these sort of things.

Actually it depends on the person's point of view. If they hated it... I'll be on board with that story.
