This still doesn't help me get the joke though. LOL>...

"(insert name) no baka" is not just used by tsunderes in anime, it's also often in a "cute" or "pouty" way when a girl likes a boy, who is commonly so dense to such things in anime that he doesn't notice when she's subtly, or even shamelessly, flirting with him.

In any case, I woke up from an unexpected nap and finally got it. It's simply a case of bad spelling and punctuation; "Giggles, my boobs jiggling". (thus flirting)

Now THAT makes sense! I figured there could be more than one context or meaning for that. I didn't have time to go digging though. And I took for granted that there was no spelling errors. Thanks for figuring it out!
