Congressmen really don't hold a candle to pirates. They are more like the governors of old colonies, taking the money and goods in forms of "taxes". So really not much has changed. Were congressmen truly pirates, we would all fear them and their sailing companions, the Senators, and give them everything they did and didn't ask for in exchange for our lives. Pirates are SOOOOO much better than congressmen, because if you best them in combat, they won't ever bother you again!
