About four minutes after I posted this on their facebook page, Eric himself thanked me!
I later realized the word was "excuses" instead of "reasons," and if he wanted me to change it I would (almost did, but this took a couple of hours to make).
I figure that all things considered, it basically means the same thing, and isn't worth the hassle of changing.
I haven't heard back yet, so we'll see...
