I for one love a manly man. Tat doesn't mean I love beards though. But rather men who are men. And know which restroom to use. And who don't shove me out of the way to escape when there is a strange noise in the house. And who have problems making poopy because it's an emotionally traumatic ordeal. Or who need their mommy after they feel a hint of nausea. I'll stop now.

True, but you know the same could be said of a lot of women (except some women also call their mothers because of a period cramp; that's one thing men can't do).

"A period cramp"? Like... a SINGULAR period "cramp"? Do you know why they call them CRAMPS... with an "s"? Because there isn't just ONE. It's a cycle of cramps lasting from 5 to 10 days. Sometimes longer. And a hell of a lot more severe than a "hint of nausea" I promise you that. You cannot compare a week of cramps with some paltry hour or two of minor discomfort. The guy I am referring to here was a grade A candy ass who who regularly perpetuated all of what I mention in the first comment.

Anyhoo, this isn't about a woman calling her mother to maybe ask her to bring over provisions to help her out when she is having a weeks worth of nasty cramps. You made a meme about masculine men yet seem to be defending the opposite.

That aside, yes. Masculine are my preference. Not what feminism is trying to impose.

I don't see how I'm defending non-masculine men, nor was that my intention. I was advocating masculinity and acknowledging the double-standard. I got a bit sidetracked because, as masculinity and feminism are two different things, I am tired of feminists implementing more and more double standards into society (I agree with what you said, I am tired of ideas like "men are deemed undeserving of help simply because they need it", how so many people in society seem to be bending over backwards to protect women from negative consequences of reality and the nature of divorce courts").

At any rate, I am also tired of that same crap. They want to ruin everything. Father's day is somehow offensive yet Mother's Day is sacred. These are people who have no idea how important the father's role in the home truly is to to the well being of the family. I am afraid to see these same people raising their sons to fit this mold. I am attempting to do my part here by not raising my daughters to be this way. I want them to be above this nasty blame game.

That is true; it's just really kicked into gear in the early 1990's with 3rd Wave Feminism, which was right after the Cold War ended interestingly.
