Better quality if they cooperate and we don't have to bomb them.
Cooperate and get money, trade, and progress. Get all uppity and call the US a bunch of capitalist-imperialists and start shooting at us while we're trying to do business, get bombed. It's an obvious choice. It's a small countries job to serve large countries, be it in either physical size or economically. It's only natural.
Will the US bring change to the country? Yes. Is that inherently bad? No. Change terrifies those people into violence. The world is growing and changing, adapt or go the way of the dinosaurs: in a giant fireball. As the borg say, resistance is futile.
