Not always. Every human endeavor is tainted with sin; from acts of humanity to violent inhumanity.
As a Christian, I never want a war to be part of human existence; we should all solve our differences through diplomacy and chess-play if differences cannot be mended. The problem is that we live in a fallen world where man, in his sinful nature, rebelled against God and His law (Genesis 8:21). This you know, is why we have wars and sufferings.
While wars should never be the first choice, if all other options are exhausted, then war is the only resort.
