He was a brilliant scientist with very serious medical problems. He wasn't expected to live nearly this long.

no he wont.. I wont miss him. I dont want to come out as a insensetive jerk here. But what excactly did this man contribute to humanity? Seriously, this is just a classic case of anti-intellectual posterboy praise galore that some group have positioned this man in.. He has this medical condition that serves him so well in gaining sympathy. Besides that there is computer voice that he have effectivily branded himself and his books with. Top that with block buster cinema movie, and poeple will view his life as a hero journey. With all due respect, he wont be missed by me at least.
