You probably have an entire arsenal of Assault Rifles in your basement. More guns is not the answer, and i'm sorry you don't think that way, because people are getting killed. CHILDREN are getting killed. There have been approximately 15 school shootings since Jan 1st, 15. But you don't care, you just want to keep your guns so you can "Defend" yourself.

Except for a toy gun and holster set that was given to me for my birthday back in 1975, I have never owned a gun in my life. The LORD is my Protector!. Have a nice day :-)

Your argument completely misses the point of the meme. Sure, tons of "assualt rifles" in the basement won't help, but put a gun in the hands of people at a school and many could be criminals will be too scared to shoot up a school.

And how many teachers or staff will go postal one day or how many students will disarm the staff and shoot up the school? It might sound great in theory to some, but to others it sounds more like opening Pandora's box....

That's a valid point. However, I'm thinking that instead of it being a mandatory thing, those who feel prepared for the potential consequences could bear arms.

Wow. That was amazing. Upvoting 12 of your memes just for that.

I've been amazing since I was converted to the alt right by the wise folks here only days ago.
But those old ones mainly suck and were made as fluff. Who knows what gibberish I have there.

Dude, I learned punctuation in first grade, maybe you should sharpen up your skills. "Guyz"? I learned how to spell in kindergarten. Maybe you should get a crash course on spelling to. You can't call me a libtarded snowflake if you can't even spell. And most teachers are democrats, because if they were republicans, they would be shooting themselves in the foot.

on spelling too*
[Although "also" is preferable]

Punctuation in kindergarten, spelling in first grade? K
No wonder your 'sentence' (if you can call them that) structure sux, guy.

I was replying to Silica. If you saw yourself in "Libtarded snowflake," then that's on you.

Most teachers are whatever party they choose to be in. Myopic views of monolithic voting blocks are not only overly simplistic and thusly potentially misleading, they caused Hillarat Clinton a sure election.

A libtard offended by "libtard"? Not too libertarded.

Wait, so your saying it's my fault you called me a libtard? (Oh, I see it now! I have seen the light, its obvious to me now! This whole time I was wrong!) I am a liberal, If you say things about "Libtarded Snowflakes", your talking about my political views, about me and others who have similar views. You can't say something about someone and then reply that it's there fault, just because they recognized that you were speaking to them. Also, I learned punctuation in FIRST GRADE, and spelling in KINDERGARTEN. Next time, check your facts.

[image deleted]Who are you? I didn't call you shit.

Now if you're tarded enough to think you're a libtard, that's on you.

So putting a gun in a school is a way to stop school shootings, do you hear yourself?

Thats fine, you can have your opinion, it's a free country after all. However, you have to take into effect the chance of a student stealing it or even the teacher using it to kill people. I believe I saw someone on this page say something similar.

It wouldn't be mandatory. And a teacher has never brought a gun to school to shoot up kids to my knowledge. Why Would they start now?

Look up the infamous 'Columbine' teacher, Bkln, NY, 2011 for larfs.
Because she was the only one of course!

Ha ha, very funny. Yes, I do like the series Harry Potter. I would be in Ravenclaw, however, I have no way to be sure because Harry Potter is a fictional book/movie series.

It's slang for respectable it means "True" and "real". Got it from Parks and rec. I like it because it lowers the average iq of everyone around me by 15 points.

When Jesus said, "Treat people how you want to be treated," he was referring to everyone. I would start a political debate, but I'm beyond that savagery. I am not attacking your views. I am pointing out that you are using the tu quoque (Latin for "you also") fallacy and it is an incorrect one.

No... no they dont. People kill people. You take away guns they use knives, cars and a plethora of other items.
0 ups, 7y,

But you can't use a knife at a hundred meters. Or to mow down 50 people. The entire defense that People Kill People is insignificant, guns are far more dangerous than a knife or a car.

Tell that to the dozens killed in France and England with cars. Tell that to the British soldier butchered in the street in England.

Freedom is a double edged sword. Far less people though die from guns than cars.

Tell that to the 17 killed in Florida, or the 53 killed in Las Vegas, or the 15 killed in Columbine, or the millions killed in wars, or the accidental deaths, suicides, robberies, or anything else involving a gun. I'm not saying the automotive attacks aren't terrible, but there have been many more people killed with fire arms that with auto mobiles. Firearms have been around since the 14th century. The car dates back to the early 1900s, maybe late 1800s.

thats not a relevant fact. We’re not talking about wars here. Nor are we talking about since their inception.

Yes, it is a relevant fact, since we are having a conversation about guns.

But the fact that some do is the problem.
[deleted]
1 up, 7y
It's very very very very very very very VERY difficult to get a military-grade weapon.
0 ups, 7y
No it’s not. The level of scutiny one must go through makes someone, who gets the right permit to own one, extremely less likely to shoot someone.
