the fact anyone remembered it to meme it grants a tale tale with possible truth. In a small town, podunk f**king nowhere, someone DID ATTEMPT IT! they got to about 200 and stopped supposedly SO! it takes 200 and some odd licks, LICKS DAMN IT not mouth sucks to arrive at the center of a tootsie pop.
