Wow. F*** people who can’t escape the poverty cycle, eh? I mean yes, there are lots of lazy moochers, but cutting off welfare is not the answer. Instead, do what they did in Yugoslavia; three months, they get a liveable income. Then, it is reduced by a quarter until it reaches negligee amounts. The idea is that the family can survive until a job is found, and prevents moochers from sitting in their a**es and taking people’s money.
