English is not my native language. But the way i see it, your sentence has grammar mistakes not spelling mistakes. Your and You're are spelled correctly but used incorrectly. Spelling is orthography. If for example you had written Your'e instead of You're (spelling mistake) then this sentence would have two separate mistakes, spelling and grammar. Of course i could be wrong, because as i said English is not my native language.

I understand You're [sic] argument, but, they ARE spelled incorrectly for how they are used in each instance, thus also making them grammatically incorrect; however, since it is you're [sic] meme, and I am not an English professor, I'm not going to say that I'm sure your [sic] wrong. :)
