I used to heavily listen to various forms of non-dance techno in the early-to-mid '90s. Even saw acts like The Orb and Orbital live. But my free jazz/post-rock/metalhead/noise self finally smothered all that.
Well, you could dance to the electronic music I listened to, but it would be spastic. :D Wait until my friend and I get some of our noise project tracks up on the 'net and I link them to you. Now THAT will be sorcery. XD
You ever hear an 8-track, Octavia? What I never understood is why they saw fit to fade the music when it was about to change tracks, so that the listener could hear the loud ka-thunk! before the music faded back in. ;P
I probably have a few 8-tracks somewhere, probably in my parent's attic. I have a ton of vinyl what with my age being what it is. But recently I think I surpassed all that in CDs, and I even have a digital player to use on commutes. Ahhhhh - modern technology. :)
Buddy, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, bud, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a meme today :)
