The president used to have unlimited terms too. What changed? Hmm. Couldn’t the same process that limited his terms be done for congress?

CONSERVATIVES voted in the term limits because Roosevelt was a LIBERAL.

(And before around 1974, CONSERVATIVES were in the DEMOCRATIC party, e.g., Alabama Gov. George Wallace. They moved to the Republican party when a LIBERAL Democrat--Lyndon Johnson--wound up becoming President.)

Congressional term limits would require a constitutional amendment passed by TWO-THIRDS of the House AND the Republican-controlled Senate.

AND THEN that would have to be RATIFIED by 38 states, most of which are Republican-controlled.

NOT GONNA HAPPEN ...
