That's the longest they've held a meme of mine and still actually featured it...anything past that never made it.

I always figured the rule of thumb is if it hasn't featured within 24 hours, it's dead. My record is 20 hours before featuring and got like 15 views. lol

No rhyme or reason at all...LOL

19 h wow! never waited for so long - deleted & re-uped ~2-3 times.
'Fast Exit' though had lot of traffic pre-feature which I didn't want to erase.
Worrying they wer taking it as released with that much comments & upvotes. That's why I made this meme - they would hopefully not only check it not only for graphic content but proof-read it and backcheck my uploads .

I still had a submission so I changed the title and resubmitted it and then they featured both at the same time...so I just deleted the first one....smh

what would You consider to be a good frequency for releasing memes ?
I have ~ half dozen done & good ideas in pipeline - but do not want to blast them at once.
upload in what timeframes ? is there a weekend-effect ?

I prefer releasing my memes early in the morning in the hopes of them featuring quickly...doesn't always work tho'. The frequency is up to you, if you got lots of memes submit your limit...you might try releasing them at different times of the day and see if that helps you out...it never hurts to try something different. Lately, I've been changing up the times a little to keep a troll working around the clock...LOL

No recourse as of yet...mods don't seem to care about that kind of stuff.

I say release whatever you want...I've seen many memes be successful that aren't funny, they just happen to be about a topic that resonates with many others...I will say that when you meme about sensitive topics, you will probably hear about it from both sides so be prepared for that.

I would ask permission first...most people won't mind but if you post links everywhere, that's know as "spamming" which is against Imgflip's TOS. If you start spamming all the front page memes, it will hurt you more than help you.
