It’s late and I had three submissions left. I decided to submit three comments. One was a popular template. I believe the other two were my own custom templates. I had that happen once, I can't remember if my submitted meme comment was made on a popular template, established user template or on a first time custom template. It does seem like some meme comments that get submitted will get through the process differently.
