Sure, if you are dumb enough to believe in th alt right biology propaganda (it's not by chance that the major epigenetic research is done in Europe, and not the US).

I would hardly call eveloution, hormones, chromosomes, and differences in the male and female brain "alt right biology propaganda," but you do you.
It's propaganda to blame everything on the genes etc. and not take note of the results of epigenetics. I have hardly seen anyone on Imgflip doing the latter.

The genes that determine your gender are the same ones that regulate hormones. If they were turned on or off, the gender would be different.
True in the womb, but there is a limit to this once you are grown up (otherwise transgender people wouldn't need surgery!) But epigenetics can e.g. pass on learned behaviour and traumatas and is resposible for much more. The most important thing about epigenetics is: it can be changed without genetic engineering, in contrast to genes.So it is possible to restructure great parts of human nature without genetic engineering - otherwise humanity could give up.
