It's personal for me because I've been a trainer for over 15 years.
If there was a problem, that's the first thing that management looks at. They don't want to admit that their own mismanagement could be to blame or that they hired their brother-in-law who is dumber than a fence post. This syndrome is very prevalent in the government, from the one horse town to the federal government.
