How do you get your username to show and the subreddit link?

That’s the first time I’ve seen the reddit link. Literally! I’ve posted a few memes to Reddit, and all the same way. I used the Reddit iOS app, click to post something interesting, select “link” as the option, put the link to the page (the first one under Show Embed Code.

That adds the subreddit link to an existing creation on imgflip?

Apparently not, cause the link below was to someone reposting mine.... not sure what to think about it.... I got 0 upvotes and he has 17 so far.
