Okay, I went and checked it out on YouTube. It's tolerable for one time, but I can see the annoyance factor in it. The 'singing' is credited to 'Hatsune Miku', which is a vocaloid; an anime-like character with synthesized voice who is used in J-Pop. I have a noise album by Hijokaidan which uses her 'vocals'.
