It means they believe anything that affirms their beliefs whether or not it's factual. ESPECIALLY those that believe everything they hear from MSM news sources. Don't get me wrong, I'm far from a republican. But I can see many people about to have the rug pulled out from under them given what the facts are in relation to what they're being led to believe. This is a cautionary meme.
