Sorry to hear Y'all had the flu kinda scary this year the way it's been! I've been avoiding everyone since my lungs aren't the greatest with this COPD! We're doing good Dash, Thank you! Went for my three-month check-up last week and My BP was 113/76 and weighed 175, so that makes 44 pounds I've gained back since I was in the hospital in May!

Stay away from us sick people and stay healthy!
