How can you know which is the last one?

ill just ask the time (yes i havent thought it through)

I was thinking about trying to find it by scrolling down through Latest exactly 6 days later at midnight Pacific Standard Time, and seeing when the memes changed from "Made 6 days ago" to "Made 7 days ago" but I think it's too late for that tactic to work now.
