Actually, transgenderism and non-binary genders have been a thing since humanity arrived on the planet. It's a few scums' brains who tell themselves they're fine because they're glad it is not them who has physical discomforts.
Transgenderism doesn't exist because you didn't think it existed back before you heard of it? Just because you didn't hear of it before doesn't mean it didn't exist. It was Caitlyn "Media Attention" Jenner who made it well known by (much to my resentment) transitioning overnight.
