Yes, I find that smiling can change my bad mood into a good one. Sometimes I might have to force a smile on for an hour, but it always works.
And for decades I thought God was talking to me in my head, and discovered it was just my "monkey mind". Nothing is talking to me, it was just my screwed-up mind giving me crap.
