Don't the mods have to look at every meme submitted?

That's great. Yeah the idea is to get everyone to make their own memes about it. My understanding is that memes which use the standard templates, Bad Luck Brian, Overly Attached Girlfriend etc are approved automatically as long as there are no trigger words such as profanity. If there is a trigger then it's sent to a moderator for approval. But all newly uploaded images have to be viewed and approved by a moderator. That's why submissions on standard blanks feature more quickly.

I thought the more Down with Downvote memes they had to see. The more they might get our message. And neither of my Down with Downvote memes have taken an exceptionally long time to feature.

Yeah I'd like to see the whole site flooded with down with downvotes memes and comments. Then they can't ignore it

I submitted my meme about making the front page, before the Down with Downvotes meme. But the Down with Downvotes meme got featured first.
So maybe they are getting the message. :)
