you both have - one thing I learned at Uni was how to critique work.. Noticed some members picking on some that are obviously young kids. There was a meme with a happy kid posted short while ago "Get up vote from famous member" Kudos to both of them

I threw the critic in me out the window long ago. We're here just to have fun. Being generous goes a long way, specially to the kids like you say.

Yeah, saw that. I've taken to viewing the "collections" of newer/younger members who actually put some thought into their posts and upvoting them all plus adding some encouraging comments on particularly funny memes!
